From our early days at the old gym at Roanoke Catholic way back in 2013 as the Celtic Wrestling Club, we have always been trying to create a positive and challenging enviroment for the Roanoke Valley to continue to grow in wrestling. The club changed names a few times but the goal has been the same. The club split when Coach Yetzer started the Ferrum College program and the Blue Ridge Wrestling Club was born. From there we hosted practices at Ferrum College as well as Patrick Henry High School. Finally, in 2020, with Coach Yetzer move to Roanoke College, we re-branded to the Noke Wrestling RTC and have been getting boys and girls better in wrestling since 2020. We are proud of our history and what is still yet to come.
